What you're buying
The books are digital products (PDF files). After payment, you get download links on the confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.
Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read, download and print the books for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files or their contents, in whole or in part.
Not medical advice
The books are for general education and everyday cooking. They are not medical, nutritional or health advice, and they don't replace advice from your doctor or a registered dietitian. Talk to your doctor before changing how you eat, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. Nutrition numbers are estimates. Always check ingredients for allergens.

Lauren is a virtual presenter. Images of Lauren and the food are AI-generated illustrations, not photos of these recipes or proof of any result. The recipes and nutrition estimates are original to the books.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
